Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

• Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item returned in its original or reasonable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) provided.

How to Return

1. Email support@trocadorauto.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid label (where applicable).
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
4. Your refund is processed within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
